Vendor Opportunities

Exhibit hall display booths are available for $300 and $100 for Non-profits. See details below. The deadline for registration is Jan. 25, 2012.

Booth description: 10’x10’ square, includes an 8-foot table covered with a tablecloth and two chairs. Pipe and drape backdrop available to put up signage, “S” hooks will be available, no pins are allowed.  Electricity is available; please bring your own extension cords.  Please begin to set up your booth(s) at 7am each day. Some equipment is available to rent at your own cost. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to call Audrey Butler at 970-256-7400.
